If anything you order, or receive as a gift, from Dauphine Press fails to meet your expectations, for any reason, send it back to us unused and we will promptly refund 100% of your purchase price.
To receive a refund or credit, returned merchandise must be returned in new, undamaged condition. Please take care when packaging items for return, we are not responsible for damage incurred in transit back to us. Please be sure to include your packing slip. Please send returns via UPS or another service, which can provide you with insurance and tracking information.
